Description:
Preferred candidates will have a successful track record as a General Manager or Dining Room Manager with upscale-casual, full-service restaurant experience. Responsible for all functions of the restaurant including opening, mid and closing shifts. Must be able to coordinate staff and resources in a high volume environment. Strong sales building skills, knowledge of profit and loss, excellent communication skills, and a positive, results oriented attitude are a must.
Must be able to make raving fans of our guests, fellow associates, purveyors, shareholders and the communities in which we do business. |

Requirements:
*Experience in a full service restaurant management
*Strong guest service and leadership skills;
*Ability to handle multiple priorities and work load in a deadline driven, demanding environment;
*Must be organized, self motivated and proactive with a strong attention to detail;
*Wine & food knowledge is essential;
*Proficient computer skills are a must;
*Training and coaching experience is expected;
*A 4 year college degree is highly desirable.
