Management Opportunities
Description:
Preferred candidates will have a successful track record as a General Manager, Assistant General Manager or Dining Room Manager with full-service restaurant experience. Responsible for all functions of the restaurant including opening, mid and closing shifts. Must be able to coordinate staff and resources in a high volume environment. Strong sales building skills, knowledge of profit and loss, excellent communication skills, and a positive, results oriented attitude are a must. Must be able to make raving fans of our guests, fellow associates, purveyors, investors and the communities in which we do business.

Chef Opportunities

Preferred candidates will have a successful track record as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef with full-service restaurant experience. We need talented leaders that are motivated by a commitment to the highest quality and freshness in an entrepreneurial environment. Our chefs are hands on in exciting high volume kitchens and assist in establishing and enforcing food specifications, portion control, recipes and sanitation; control food and labor costs while making raving fans of our guests, fellow associates, purveyors, shareholders and the communities in which we do business.
